Why Use buffer?

Buffer-News-UpdateI am following closely the development and utilities of Buffer ever since I first encountered in Ileane’s Basic Blog Tips. Leo made a guest post to inform the arrival of BufferApp – A new twitter tool, that solves the tweet scheduling problem.

There were two programs appeared at the same time in my notice the BlogEngage RSS Syndication program and the BufferApp twitter tool. I am excited with both of these. Read BlogEngage and BufferApp Small Money for Big to know the offers.

If you are still unaware of Buffer and how to use it, please go through Buffer–The Twitter Tool! published in Bivori.com. For now all I can say is “Buffer is the way to tweet smartly!”

Well, the purpose of this post is to inform the recent update on Buffer feature. Buffer allows 10 tweets for free accounts and 10 time slots to set in settings page. The good news is:

All plans now have unlimited daily timeslots
The Free and Pro Plan have been upgraded to unlimited daily timeslots.

That’s great, isn’t it? So, you can create as many time slots for your messages to schedule. Throw them in your buffer and they get fired automatically on those time slots.

Tweet Now in Buffer makes it even better

One great feature of Buffer, if you are using browser extension or bookmarklet (Download them here) is that you can select some text on post and click on it to tweet the selection as twitter message PLUS the link of the post. This is really a fun to tweet and wonderful way of making your tweets more interesting and effective.

Buffer has Tweet Now button that you can use unlimited. It is not counted towards your buffer size.

So, now, there is no reason you won’t register buffer and stay away from this cool way of tweeting. Register through the link below and help me grow my buffer size by 1 Winking smile.

You can always upgrade to paid account if you need more space in your buffer.

Oh! yes, before I forget, let me inform – After the time slots are made unlimited and you’ve already purchased paid accounts AND now you think that the free account is sufficient, contact Joel or Leo (@LeoWid). Leo wrote in update page:

If you are on the Pro Plan and the Free Plan is now good enough for your needs, please get in touch and we will help you move back to the Free. :)

Hey Suresh, I like these changes, especially the “Tweet Now” button. I started using the Buffer extension for Chrome again. Leo and Joel are doing a fantastic job and keep making Buffer more flexible. Thanks!

Hmm, Suresh this app seems pretty cool and what I am astonished is that they really want to provide functionality and a cool user experience. Because I don’t know of anyone who would increase a free plan to almost match their paid plan and then even offer to help people to switch to their free plan.

When someone does this, and you know that they are not in just for the money you know that they will deliver and keep delivering great results.

    Hi Suresh,

Buffer really is amazing, and it shows with just how much it’s been talked about in the blogging community lately. I’ve seen it everywhere from at Ileane’s blog, Brankica over at Live-Your-Love.com, and I just saw a guest post by Leo over at Ana’s Traffic Generation Cafe.

There are more, of course, but I just can’t remember them all!

But I absolutely love Buffer. It’s just the most amazing tool, and I love how easy it is to sign up for and install on your browser. I wasn’t really using Twitter all that much before, but with Buffer it’s almost impossible *not* to!

Without trying to sound like a supermarket ad, Buffer is a great application that allows you to practically unify your online experience. I always felt like twitter was somewhere on the fringe.
